CalCheck is an easy to use reliable tool for the self calibration of gas and leak detection instruments, giving you peace of mind and confidence in the accuracy of the measurements you rely on.

For your convenience the same base unit can be used for calibration with many different gases and leak rates. Ion Science can supply almost any non-corrosive gas, at a range of concentrations.

The CalCheck leak is easily removable, enabling you to choose between a number of specified standard leaks according to your particular calibration needs.

Within 5 minutes of unpacking your new CalCheck you can be making reliable self calibration checks.

Helium: 5 x 10^-4 cc/sec

Hydrogen: 5 x 10^-4 cc/sec

SF6: 5 x 10^-7 cc/sec, 5 x 10^-6 cc/sec or 5 x 10^-8 cc/sec

R134a: 5 gr/year

R22: 5 gr/year

R1301: 5 gr/year

R600a: 5 gr/year

And any other non corrosive gas

Construction: Stainless steel and alloys with ancillary components

Leak Rates Available: As low as 5 g/yr for refrigerants, or 10^-8 ml/sec depending on the gas concentration used

Calibration: Each leak is supplied with a traceable certificate valid for 12 months. Ion Science advises that each leak is returned for calibration every 12 months

Extras: Additional gas/leak kits can be purchased and used with the same base assembly
