Description
LeakHawkC4-717 uses the non-dispersive infrared principle (NDIR principle) to accurately measure the concentration of C4 gas in the air, as indicated by ppmv on the handheld display.

It is designed with a pre-search mode and a measurement mode. In the "search mode", the leak point is located by searching for the highest C4 gas concentration. If necessary, you can switch to "Measurement mode" where you can accurately measure the leak concentration and leak rate. The instrument features high precision and low detection limits for better detection of leak concentration and location.

To protect the instrument from contamination, the probe is fitted with a particle filter that can be easily cleaned or replaced by the operator. If there is already a certain concentration of C4 gas in the air, LeakHawkC4-717 enables the instrument to detect leaks in areas that have been contaminated by C4 gas by removing interference from the background gas. The instrument can switch ppmv, g/y, cc/s measuring units, and accompanied by sound, light, vibration three ways of alarm.
